I am responsible for providing policy and procedures necessary to develop detailed and complex proposals. I am responsible for understanding customer requirements and managing proposal teams throughout all stages of development, strategic planning, writing, and editing, of quality proposals.
- Senior Contracts Administrator and Senior Proposal Coordinator for a $45 Million provider of leading edge products and services to defense and commercial customers. I proposed, negotiated, and administered contracts worth $15 Million per year and improved proposal on-time submittal from 60% to 90% using Six Sigma methodology.
